What is Mugen?
Mugen is a 2D fighting game engine created by Elecbyte
It is a highly customizable fighting game which allows you to create your own characters, stages, lifebars, and so forth.
It is not limited to being a fighting game engine. Those with a good understanding of the engine can create platformers or
other types of games from the engine.
The latest version of the engine is the high resolution windows version known as Hi-Res Mugen.
